Refund Policy

At Crown Point International College of Health Sciences and Technology, we are committed to providing quality education and services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Tuition and fee payments are generally non-refundable.
  2. Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
    • Duplicate or erroneous payment.
  3. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the College Bursary Department within 14 working days of payment, with proof of payment attached.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days and credited back to the original payment source.
  5. No refund will be granted after the stipulated period or for services already rendered.

  1. We collect information such as names, contact details, academic records, and payment details solely for admission, academic, administrative, and financial purposes.

  4. Payment details processed through Flutterwave are encrypted and secured; the College does not store sensitive card details.
  5. Users may contact the College at info@cpicollege.edu.ng to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, subject to regulatory requirements.

By using the services of Crown Point International College of Health Sciences and Technology, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Payment of tuition and other fees constitutes acceptance of the College’s admission policies, academic rules, and regulations.
  2. Fees must be paid in full or in accordance with the approved payment schedule before access to classes, examinations, or results is granted.
  3. Late payments may attract penalties as determined by the College management.
  4. The College reserves the right to revise fees, academic policies, or schedules as may be necessary, with prior notification to students.
  5. Students are expected to comply with the rules of conduct as outlined in the Student Handbook and other official communications.
  6. By using our online payment system, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund and Privacy Policies of the College.
