ADMISSION INTO THE COLLEGE

Each candidate must register his/her interest to pursue a course of study or to enjoy any of the online services of the college.

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENT

• No age limit provided the candidate satisfies basic entry qualification.

• Mature minded and highly disciplined individuals, who must possess all the attributes of being healthy ie. Physical, mental, social, spiritual, cultural, and moral well being.

• Good citizenry with a large capacity for learning, without criminal tendencies. He/She must be able to abide by the rules and regulations of the College.

• Ability to score the set cut off pass mark or above in the entrance examination and interview conducted by the college In respect of the course of choice.

SPECIAL NOTE

1. In addition to fulfilling the general entry requirements, applicants will be required to meet the stipulated conditions for their co respective course of choice.

2. The college is a uniform wearing institution.

3. Students who enter with forged will be handed over to the police, immediately they are uncovered and shall be suspended in course of investigation and expelled in the course of verdict of guilt.

4. Number of places available in any of the courses is limited.

1.2 DURATION

1. 5 Years (eight semesters) with Supervised Industrial Work Experience (SIWES) and one- year internship (Post ND)

REQUIREMENTS

4. 5 Credit level passes in NECO/SSCE etc. The subjects include English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics at not more than two sittings.

5. At least 4 credit level passes and 1 ordinary pass in WAEC/NECO. Credit level passes include English, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics, minimum of a pass in Mathematics is a must.

6. At least 5 passes in WAEC/NECO. The passes must include English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics.

2.3 Entry Requirements

1. National certificate of CHEW with at least 2 years experience plus 5 credit level passes in the following groups

3. Two subjects chosen from Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Agric Science, Food, and Nutrition.

4. Qualified and Registered Nurse (with NMCN) plus 5 credit level passes in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/GCE ‘O’ level in English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Physics.

5. 5 credit level passes in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/GCE ‘O’ level in Biology or Health Science, English and Mathematics, and two subjects are chosen from Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Agric Science, Food and Nutrition.

6. At least 5 ordinary passes in NECO/WAEC/’O’ level in not more than two sittings. The subject includes English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, and any other two passes but not Yoruba/Hausa/Igbo/Religious studies.

I) WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO 5 Credit level passes in English Language, Physics and Chemistry.

II) WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO 5 Credit level passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Physics and Chemistry plus National Certificate in Health Information Management.

III) 5 passes in English, Mathematics, and 3 other subjects at not more than two sittings. SSCE/WAEC/NECO/GCE ‘O’ level

WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO or equivalent 5 credit level passes at not more than 2 sittings within a space of 5 years for enrollment with Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria. These must include English, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics, and Chemistry.

WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO or equivalent 5 credit level passes at not more than 2 sittings. These must include English, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics and Chemistry.

Certified age used in admission into Medical Laboratory Technician and Assistance must not be more than 5 years to the time of enrollment with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria

7.3 Entry Requirements

I) 5 credit pass in GCE/WAEC/SSCE/NECO at not more than two sittings in English, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Chemistry and at least pass in Physics.

II) Previously acquired Health Assistance Certificate with not less than 4 years cognate experience for those who spent 1 year to acquire Health Assistance Certificate.

III) Previously acquired Health Assistance Certificate with not less than 1 year cognate experience for those who spent 2 years to acquire Health Assistant Certificate.

1. Any 5 passes in NECO OR WAEC.
